Shipments and returns
Information about shipments and returns (outside of Sweden)
We ship with Postnord/omniva and have a pick-up from the warehouse on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and the shipment arrives at the post terminal the day after pick-up.
Delivery to customer / representative takes place the day after, but depending on where you are located, it may take up to 7 days extra before it arrives.
All foreign deliveries are shipped traceably and you are notified via text message / email when your parcel has arrived
We do our best to make your shipment as secure as possible. Your item(-s) will be sent in a hard box packed with bubble wrap and shock-absorbing paper if needed.
Ordinary games with cases or loose cassettes are sent in envelopes padded with bubble wrap.
If a parcel returns due to incorrect address information or other reason, we will contact you as soon as possible and will have to charge a new shipping cost to send it to the correct address. If for any reason the item is no longer wanted (uses the right of withdrawal), we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost incurred from the purchase price.
